30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Common Club. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your candle, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer service team at team@commonclubhome.com within 30 days of purchase.

Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address if necessary.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exemptions:

Custom-made or personalized candles are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at team@commonclubhome.com. We will provide a full refund or replacement, at your discretion.
